CMA CGM Group in Norfolk is seeking a Reporting Analyst to consolidate scheduled reports for Sales and Trade and to handle On Demand requests. The role supports communication across Sales and Trade teams and requires strong data analysis skills and advanced Excel capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience consolidating and distributing scheduled reports to Sales and Trade teams.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and maintain accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Graphs) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in meetings to monitor service performance and align reporting with regional sales teams.
• Consolidate and provide Recurrent Reports to Sales and Trade as scheduled.
• Receive On Demand reporting requests, analyze complexity, and prioritize with escalation if needed.
• Generate On Demand presentations following pre-approved templates.
• Organize and create Customer Advisory material for Sales and Trade.
