Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Client Services Associate to deliver high-quality customer care to Life Science, Food, and Industrial customers. You will manage accounts, process orders, and collaborate with Sales, Services, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong ERP/CRM experience, 3+ years in customer-facing roles, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. This position supports customers in Beverly, MA and Redmond, WA with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• 3+ years of experience with ERP systems including CRM, Sales Order Entry, Credit Return modules or inventory/purchasing modules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM/ERP data and account information.
• Process orders and coordinate with Sales and Supply Chain.
• Handle inbound phone inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Assist with issue resolution and customer advocacy.
