Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years adjudication of complex bodily injury claims (pre-litigated and litigated).
• 5+ years in transportation claims management, including fleets or large auto programs.
• Knowledge of litigation process and claims handling from inception to resolution.
• Reserve management and financial acumen with experience setting and managing reserves.

Responsibilities

• Manage moderate to complex bodily injury and litigated claims.
• Work with business units to limit high value claims and contain costs.
• Support strategies with counsel, TPAs, and insurers.
• Field questions from business partners and resolve claims.
• Partner with teams to prevent claims through safety measures.
• Ensure TPAs manage claims with risk management and legal.
• Refine logistics claims processes and participate in training.
• Participate in claim reviews and KPI alignment.
• Collaborate with vendors on claims handling and cost containment.
• Communicate risk mitigation strategies to cross‑functional teams.
• Manage auto exposures and delivery service projects.
• Use analytics to evaluate loss trends and support decisions.
