Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of technology initiatives supporting claims, risk, and litigation operations. You will own execution across a portfolio of claims-related products and platforms, ensuring successful delivery of integrations and data initiatives.

You will connect engineering with business stakeholders, driving alignment across product, claims operations, legal, insurance, risk, and tech groups.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• Experience supporting claims, insurance, risk, litigation, or incident management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of claims technology programs spanning multiple engineering teams and stakeholder organizations.
• Coordinate technical execution for integrations with TPAs, insurers, claims vendors, legal systems, operational platforms, and enterprise data services.
• Establish program governance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and communication mechanisms across complex initiatives.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate business requirements into executable technical plans.
• Drive resolution of technical blockers, architectural dependencies, and operational readiness activities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define implementation approaches, rollout strategies, and success metrics.
• Lead program reviews, executive updates, and cross-functional planning activities.
• Build mechanisms to improve predictability, visibility, and execution quality across the claims technology portfolio.
• Ensure compliance, data governance, security, and operational requirements are incorporated into program planning.
