Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Risk Manager for Logistics Claims in our Worldwide Logistics Insurance and Claims team.

You will lead strategy for moderate to complex bodily injury auto claims, work with TPAs and insurers, and develop programs to contain costs. You will leverage experience in transportation claims management, reservation techniques, and litigation processes to drive efficient, business-friendly risk management across a global auto program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years adjudicating complex bodily injury claims.
• 5+ years in transportation claims management (fleets or large auto programs).
• Knowledge of the litigation process from inception to resolution.
• Reserve management and financial acumen for high-exposure claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage moderate to complex bodily injury and litigated claims.
• Work with units to limit high-value claims and contain costs.
• Collaborate with counsel, TPAs, and insurers on strategy.
• Address ongoing questions with business partners during claims resolution.
• Partner with teams to prevent claims via safety measures.
• Ensure TPAs manage claims diligently and align with KPIs.
• Support logistics claims management and refine processes.
• Contribute to training and knowledge sharing on claims.
