Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Manager, Global Supply Chain in Bentonville, AR to drive the execution and optimization of U.S. Export and cross-border supply chain operations.

You will connect origin operations, transportation, consolidation, export execution, and market delivery while partnering across markets, suppliers, and logistics providers to improve service, cost, lead time, and visibility. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
• 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office.
• Masters degrees and Six Sigma certification are preferred.
• Experience in fleet management, dispatch, or network analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end U.S. Export and cross-border execution, from origin through market delivery.
• Coordinate origin operations, consolidation, transportation, and export activities to ensure reliable product flow.
• Proactively manage exceptions and operational risks, driving timely resolution with internal and external partners.
• Optimize cost, lead time, capacity, routing, and container utilization through data-driven decisions.
• Partner with markets, suppliers, carriers, 3PLs, Sourcing, and Technology to improve execution.
• Standardize and automate processes to build a scalable cross-border operating model.
• Support the expansion of U.S. Export into a broader cross-border transportation model.
