Walmart Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Strategy for Fulfillment and Logistics Services in Bentonville, AR.

This leadership role shapes and executes strategic initiatives to drive growth and competitiveness in Walmart's fulfillment and logistics portfolio. You will partner across Marketplace, Supply Chain, Product, Technology, Operations, and International teams to define priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and translate data-driven insights into actionable business

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
• 3 years’ experience using Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategies that drive growth, scalability, and competitive advantage across Walmart's fulfillment and logistics services portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketplace, and International teams to deliver business outcomes.
• Identify growth opportunities, evaluate investments, and develop business cases to inform executive decision-making and long-term planning.
• Establish performance metrics, operating mechanisms, and business reviews to measure success and guide strategic priorities.
• Influence organizational alignment and change management while developing talent and fostering continuous improvement.
