Fabletics in El Segundo is seeking a Senior Analyst, International Logistics to own day-to-day international logistics workflows and drive improvements in shipment visibility, partner performance, and cost efficiency. You will coordinate suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, 3PLs, and customers across origins and Incoterms.

You will work with Global Development, Production, Fulfillment, IT, and Finance to turn operational data into actionable recommendations and lead implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3–4 years of supply chain or logistics experience with hands-on international shipment coordination.
• Experience with international transportation modes, shipping docs, and Incoterms (FOB, FCA, EXW).
• Experience managing 3PL performance and driving KPI development with corrective actions.

Responsabilités

• Own daily origin logistics for assigned orders and markets, coordinating readiness, shipment schedules and handover.
• Maintain PO and shipment visibility, resolve delays, escalate material risks with recommended actions.
• Prepare and validate commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, origins certificates and other docs with partners.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and internal teams to address documentation and import/export requirements.
• Serve as primary operations contact for international partners, communicate status, priorities and next steps.
• Define and maintain 3PL KPIs, lead performance reviews, and track corrective actions through resolution.
• Analyze lead times, on-time handovers, warehouse turnover, documentation accuracy, and logistics costs to identify root causes.
• Lead AI-enabled automation improvements for reporting, documentation, and shipment tracking; validate accuracy and time savings.
• Maintain and improve SOPs for international logistics and partner requirements.
• Support market launches in Asia and Latin America, coordinating readiness activities and handoffs.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and communicate performance trends to senior management.
