Job summary

Fabletics in El Segundo seeks an Associate Merchant for License, Graphics & Special Projects. You will support the Merchandising team with analytics, maintain product records, and help develop assortments in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Sr. Merchant, you will generate regular business recaps, drive special projects and graphics in global assortment meetings, own data in Centric PLM, and prepare decks for quarterly IR cycles, while collaborating with Design, Planning, Site

Qualifications

• BA or BS preferred.
• 2-3 years merchandising experience.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising practices and retail math.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player who can work independently in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate regular business recaps to interpret results and inform strategy.
• Drive Special Projects & Graphics in global assortment meetings and create IR decks.
• Identify reorder opportunities to maximize in-season sales and support license/graphic tees assortments.
• Maintain product data in Centric PLM and organize Miro boards; prep quarterly IR decks.
• Communicate business needs with cross-functional teams: Design, Planning, Site Merchandising & Marketing.
• Attend key cross-functional meetings and presentations.
• Stay engaged with competitive landscape, trends, and market developments.
• Collaborate with Retail, International, Wholesale and Marketplace teams on assortments and ad hoc projects.
