Job summary

Fabletics, Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst, International Logistics to own origin logistics, coordinate shipments, and ensure accurate documentation. You will collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to support on‑time handovers and market launches.

You will analyze shipment data, lead improvements, and drive AI-enabled automation for reporting and tracking, while maintaining SOPs and ensuring compliance across Asia and Latin America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
• 3–4 years of supply chain or logistics experience with international shipments.
• Experience with Incoterms (FOB, FCA, EXW) and 3PL performance management.
• Strong Excel and Tableau skills for reporting and analysis.
• Experience leading AI-enabled automation projects and cross-functional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own daily origin logistics for orders, coordinating readiness and delivery milestones.
• Maintain PO and shipment visibility, validate details, and resolve delays.
• Prepare commercial documents and coordinate Bills of Lading and origin certificates.
• Interface with customs brokers and ensure import/export compliance.
• Define KPIs for 3PLs and track actions to resolution with partners.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and communicate performance trends to senior management.
