UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking an International Account Executive to drive new business and expand international services through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and solution-based selling.

You will collaborate with Business Development and Customer Success Managers and Directors, Customer Solutions, and other internal teams to develop account strategies, analyze market trends, and position UPS solutions competitively.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven track record in B2B sales and new business acquisition.
• Strong understanding of logistics and international shipping processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Located in the same geographic area as the position or willing to self-relocate (no relocation assistance provided).

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
• Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit targets.
• Value Analysis and Presentation: Present UPS solutions with tailored value propositions.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and secure contracts.
• Collaboration and Support: Work with AEs, ASM, Brokerage, Pricing for seamless execution.
• Compliance and Market Research: Support customs compliance and monitor daily shipping activities.
• Visit customer warehouses and distribution centers to understand clients’ global supply chain needs.
