Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, transportation, or enterprise sales.
• Proven success managing large multinational accounts.
• Experience with global air/ocean freight, customs brokerage, or supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary commercial contact for assigned enterprise global freight forwarding customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders (logistics, procurement, supply chain, transportation, leadership).
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities.
• Lead account planning, pipeline development, and growth initiatives across services.
