Job summary

UPS is seeking an Enterprise International Account Manager to manage a portfolio of multinational Global Freight Forwarding customers. You will own the commercial relationship, drive revenue growth, and align UPS capabilities across international air, ocean, and customs brokerage.

The role requires consultative selling, executive relationship management, and cross-functional leadership to deliver tailored logistics solutions and sustained partnerships.

Qualifications

5-10+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, or enterprise sales.
Experience with global air/ocean freight, customs brokerage, or supply chain solutions.
Strong leadership and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary commercial contact for enterprise global freight forwarding customers.
Drive revenue growth and opportunity expansion within assigned accounts.
