Job summary

Apex Group Ltd, a leading fund services provider, is expanding its loan servicing capabilities and building a global team from the ground up in Reston, VA. The role focuses on asset administration, cash and position reconciliations, and strong collaboration with the Middle Office Manager to onboard systems and define processes.

The successful candidate will have a background in CLOs/CDOs, credit funds, and related securities, with hands-on experience in settlements and trade lifecycle

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related qualification.
• 3+ years’ experience in loan administration operations.
• Extensive knowledge of CLOs/CDOs/Credit Funds; understanding of security types.
• Knowledge of settlements including DTCC & Euroclear.

Responsibilities

• Asset administration: setup, maintenance, reconciliations and related reporting.
• Cash/Position reconciliation: daily cash and client position reconciliations.
• Coordinate with 3rd party brokers/custodians/agents and process corporate actions.
• Enter and settle trades and prepare internal reports.
• Support Middle Office Manager and assist with training and development.
