Job summary

ATLAS SP Partners in Charlotte, NC seeks a driven loan operations professional to oversee the lifecycle of loan facilities and asset-based lending globally. You will serve as the main client contact for servicing matters and lead a team of loan analysts, ensuring accuracy, controls, and timely reporting.

The role requires 2–5 years in financial servicing or loan operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with ACBS (CLS), Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial servicing or loan operations.
• Ability to manage client relationships and lead teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ACBS (CLS) or similar lending platforms preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee loan analysts with coaching and QA.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact for draw requests and servicing inquiries.
• Manage execution, booking, and servicing of credit agreements and loan facilities.
• Oversee cash processing, reconciliations, and reporting within ACBS (CLS).
• Maintain a strong control environment to mitigate risk.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and client service.
