Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Loan Servicing Associate in Atlanta to support loan servicing and asset management, focusing on analysis, draw processing, and reporting.

You will collaborate with in-house teams, external servicers, and lenders to ensure timely funding, covenant compliance, and accurate performance metrics. This role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of loan servicing or asset management experience preferred.
• Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze loan data and coordinate with borrowers, participants, lenders, and servicing partners.
• Maintain renovation budgets, review draw requests, and coordinate funding with borrowers and monitors.
• Generate reporting data, interpret loan information, and support a customer-focused experience.
• Collaborate with participants and senior lenders on reporting and payments.
• Develop loan reporting data including payment histories and escrow analyses.
• Assist onboarding of new loans and ensure covenant compliance.
