Job summary

Peachtree Group seeks a Loan Servicing Associate to support loan servicing and asset management, focusing on loan and investment servicing, draw processing, and reporting. You will work with borrowers, lenders, and internal teams to ensure accurate data and timely funding.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, real estate or related field, with 3–5 years of related experience, and is proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, real estate or related field.
• 3–5 years of loan servicing, asset management, construction draw processing, commercial lending, or private equity experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze loan data and coordinate with borrowers, lenders, and external servicing groups.
• Maintain renovation budgets, review draw requests, and fund loan draws.
• Generate loan reporting data including payment histories and escrow analyses.
• Onboard and review new loans, originated or acquired, for compliance and reporting.
