Mikros Technologies’ Liquid Cooling group is seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in data center infrastructure worldwide. You will serve as the primary technical and commercial liaison for customers, structuring complex SOWs, proposals, and project plans while guiding multi-functional teams through design and execution.

Qualifikationen

• 6–8 years of engineering experience in a customer-facing or business development role.
• Broad manufacturing knowledge across materials, processes, testing, and logistics.
• Strong ERP experience and cost accounting fundamentals.
• Proven ability to lead multi-functional project teams and deliver on schedule and budget.

Aufgaben

• Serve as technical expert on liquid cooling products and technology.
• Develop and manage complex technology projects including detailed SOWs, proposals, project schedules/financials, and DSAs.
• Demonstrates commitment to customer service and quickly resolves issues to exceed expectations.
• Presents Mikros Technologies’ technology to customers; comfortable presenting to senior engineers.
• Acts as main escalation point between design teams and the Business Unit.
• Sells and promotes Mikros Technologies’ liquid cooling technologies.
• Manages development operations for customers.
