Goodwin’s Global Operations Team is expanding, offering a rare leadership role in legal project management. You will partner with partners and fee earners to drive matter delivery, pricing alignment, and client transparency across multiple practice groups.

Expect high-impact collaboration with the Head of LPM and Client Value & Pricing to embed LPM into daily workflows. You will lead end-to-end LPM on high-value matters, shaping scope, budgets and resourcing while driving profitability and

Qualificações

• 5+ years in legal project management, operations, or related role.
• Experience embedding LPM in nascent environments with cross-functional partners.
• Exposure to design thinking, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma.
• Involvement in training, coaching, or change management initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end LPM support on complex matters, maintaining scope and profitability.
• Develop matter plans, budgets and resource trackers for real-time visibility.
• Collaborate with Pricing to deliver integrated pricing and project management.
• Engage in client pitches, fee discussions, and drive innovation and commercial rigor.
• Build and refine LPM operating model, templates, and playbooks.
• Mentor junior team members as the function scales.
