SiriusPoint seeks a Legal Ops & Governance Analyst to support the Securities, Corporate Governance & Legal Ops team in New York. You will coordinate board processes, manage governance records, assist with EDGAR filings, and drive timely execution of recurring governance initiatives alongside attorneys and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes meticulous organization, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced, global insurer environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; paralegal certificate or governance experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating board or committee processes, records, and SEC filing workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leader materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a global environment.
• Discretion, sound judgment and collaborative approach.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Diligent, EDGAR, Teams and governance tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate board and committee notices, calendars, logistics, materials, and project plans.
• Prepare annotated agendas, draft resolutions and shell minutes; compile final minutes and consents.
• Coordinate director onboarding/offboarding and related admin tasks.
• Administer annual board self‑assessments and director questionnaires in systems like Diligent.
• Manage day‑to‑day use of governance platforms and automate workflows.
• Support SEC filings: draft, review, EDGAR preparation, and filing tasks under supervision.
• Coordinate related party reporting, record keeping, and governance documentation.
• Support proxy production, AGM logistics, and NYSE reporting requirements.
• Maintain corporate calendar and governance records across Teams and Diligent.
• Assist corporate secretary initiatives and cross‑functional governance projects.
• Support outside counsel onboarding and legal operations administration.
