Job summary

SiriusPoint is seeking a Legal Ops & Governance Analyst to join our Securities, Corporate Governance & Legal Ops team in New York. You will provide operational and governance support for a NYSE-listed global company, focusing on board and committee processes, public company filings, director lifecycle, annual meeting logistics, and governance records.

Reporting to the Corporate & Legal Operations Manager, you will collaborate with attorneys and business partners to coordinate timely execution of

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; paralegal certificate or governance experience preferred.
Experience coordinating board or committee processes, records, SEC filings or other deadline-driven workflows is strongly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leaders and directors.
Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced global environment.
Judgment, discretion and collaborative approach; willingness to learn and take on responsibility.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with EDGAR, Teams, governance tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate notices, meeting calendars, logistics, materials and project plans for board/committee meetings.
Prepare agendas, draft resolutions, and shell minutes; distribute final minutes and consent documents.
Coordinate director onboarding/offboarding and related documentation.
Administer board self-assessments and questionnaires; track and report using governance platforms.
Manage day-to-day use of governance platforms (e.g., Diligent) and optimize workflows.
Assist with SEC filings (Forms 8-K, 10-K, 10-Q) and related coordination.
Coordinate related party reporting and annual general meeting logistics.
Maintain corporate calendar and governance records within document management systems.
