Job summary

SiriusPoint in New York seeks a Legal Ops & Governance Analyst to join the Securities, Corporate Governance & Legal Ops team. You will provide operational and governance support for a NYSE-listed global company, with a focus on board and committee processes, public company filing administration, director lifecycle matters, annual meeting logistics, legal technology and governance records.

Reporting to the Corporate & Legal Operations Manager, you will collaborate with attorneys, legal ops

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; paralegal cert or governance/ corporate secretary experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating board/ committee processes or SEC filing workflows is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication for senior leaders and directors.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a global environment.
• Sound judgment, discretion, and collaborative, service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate notices, calendars, logistics, materials for board/ committee meetings.
• Prepare agendas, draft resolutions, and shell minutes under attorney supervision.
• Coordinate director onboarding/offboarding and related admin follow-up.
• Administer annual board self-assessments and questionnaires in systems like Diligent.
• Manage day-to-day use of Diligent and governance platforms; enhance configurations and workflows.
• Provide drafting, review, EDGAR preparation and filing support for SEC filings and related documents.
• Coordinate quarterly related party reporting and annual general meeting logistics.
• Support proxy production and filing workflows and annual meeting logistics with vendors.
