Starbucks is seeking a Director, Global Legal Operations to translate legal strategy into disciplined execution across a multinational retail and manufacturing enterprise. You will lead the Legal Operations function, shape the operating model, and drive measurable results in partnership with senior Legal leadership, Finance, Procurement, Technology and enterprise partners.

This role demands 12+ years in legal operations or related fields, deep expertise in legal tech, data analytics, budgeting,

Qualifications

12+ years in legal operations, business operations, transformation, or similar leadership roles in a complex global organization.
Deep expertise in legal technology, data analytics, process design, and automation including matter management, e-billing, CLM, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

Translate Legal strategy into a scalable operating model with measurable outcomes.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and spend controls for Legal.
Drive Legal technology modernization, data governance, and AI deployment where value is clear.
Standardize processes across regions and establish service levels and playbooks.
