Job summary

This role requires advising senior executives, managing significant risks, and collaborating with regulators, legal, data engineers, and product teams to ensure privacy-by-design,
Qualifications
- 10+ years in privacy with industry certifications (CIPP/US, CIPM, CIPT, FIP, AIGP).
- Expertise managing privacy operations and programs aligned with U.S. state/federal and international laws.
- Privacy-by-design and digital platform development with engineering teams.
- Strong relationships with attorneys, program managers, and business/engineering partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead global privacy operations program under guidance of senior counsel.
- Advise on privacy, cybersecurity, incident response, AI governance, and data governance.
- Develop privacy-compliant technologies and platforms following privacy-by-design.
- Manage privacy platforms in coordination with vendors.
- Provide leadership on impact assessments, data mapping, and data transfers.
- Assist with regulatory inquiries and audits; engage regulators.
