Job summary

Luminance is seeking a Legal Onboarding Specialist to join the global Onboarding Team. You will work with the Customer Success Manager to onboard and implement our legal AI technology into customers’ contract management processes.

You will coordinate onboarding activities across multiple projects, ensure successful adoption from the outset, and document onboarding steps for diverse audiences. Proactive communication and a willingness to learn new software are essential as you help clients

Qualifications

Understanding of contract law, including negotiating commercial agreements.
High attention to detail and strong project management; ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with onboarding and integration of Legal AI technology into existing contract management processes.
Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to ensure customers achieve successful adoption from the outset.
Coordinate onboarding activities across multiple projects and customer accounts.
Communicate clearly with diverse audiences; document onboarding steps and outcomes.
