Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking a Learning & Talent Specialist to support design, delivery and administration of development programs across the organization. You will partner with HR and business leaders to ensure effective talent management and learning activities while contributing to a strong internal talent pipeline.

The role covers leadership development, professional training, and recruitment support in a global, matrix environment. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years’ relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Human Resources or Talent Acquisition; multinational experience preferred.
• Fluent English required; strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and administer learning, talent and employee development initiatives.
• Support talent processes including succession planning, talent reviews and development planning.
• Assist in Talent Acquisition activities and employer branding initiatives.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement efforts across global teams.
