Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Learning & Development or related field with 2+ years of people management.
• Experience developing and executing learning strategies, onboarding, and ongoing development.
• Experience leading and coaching learning professionals, establishing priorities and accountability.
• Experience managing LMS platforms, governance, reporting, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and evaluation frameworks.
• Analytical mindset with ability to leverage learning data and performance metrics.
• Strong PM, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; experience with global teams/BPO is a plus.
• Commitment to embracing AI tools in day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive learning strategy and roadmap aligned with Membership Services priorities.
• Oversee scalable onboarding, continuing education, product readiness, systems training, and employee development.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of learning professionals with clear performance expectations.
• Oversee LMS strategy, governance, and optimization; leverage automation and AI-powered tools.
• Develop engaging, accessible learning experiences grounded in adult learning principles.
• Establish learning KPIs, reporting, and evaluation that link to business outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to address capability gaps and drive readiness for global growth.
