Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Senior Manager, Training Operations & Learning Systems to own the global learning ecosystem. You will govern Seismic Learning and related platforms, manage curriculum infrastructure, content lifecycle, calendars, events, certifications, localization, and analytics.

You will connect Training & Enablement with Commercial Leadership, Marketing, Product Management, Clinical, Service, HR, IT, Privacy, Compliance, and regional stakeholders to drive scalable, compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 8–10 years of LMS administration or learning operations experience.
• Hands-on with enterprise LMS: Seismic Learning, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Docebo.
• Experience coordinating multilingual content and global learning programs.
• Strong PM, organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own LMS governance, platform structure, and user permissions.
• Maintain curriculum catalogs, learning paths, and certifications.
• Manage global training calendars, events, and translations.
• Track certifications, readiness, and learner data for analytics.
• Ensure privacy, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance across regions.
• Develop scalable procedures for LMS operations and vendor management.
