Siemens Healthineers seeks a Senior Manager, Training Operations & Learning Systems to oversee the global learning ecosystem, LMS governance, and content lifecycle. You will own Seismic Learning and related platforms, manage curricula, certifications, and localization, and partner with IT, Compliance, HR, and regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in LMS administration, learning operations, training operations, enablement operations, or learning technology.
• Hands-on experience with an enterprise LMS (e.g., Seismic Learning, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Docebo) and managing calendars, events, certifications, and content libraries.
• Experience coordinating multilingual content, localization, or global learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, governance, and operational management of the global learning systems and related technologies.
• Oversee curriculum infrastructure, content lifecycle, and learner data; ensure naming, tagging, version control, and archiving standards.
• Manage global training calendars, events, and readiness documentation; coordinate with regional stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Deliver analytics, dashboards, and insights to leadership; identify opportunities to improve learner engagement and platform adoption.
