Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Learning & Development to lead the enterprise learning operations, governance and delivery across the company's global learning infrastructure, ensuring compliant, high-quality experiences for colleagues.

This role manages Workday Learning, instructional design, content creation, external providers and learning data governance, partnering with Legal, Risk, HR and business SMEs to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning & Development and related disciplines.
• Experience managing Workday Learning and enterprise learning processes.
• Experience with instructional design/content development and external providers.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a complex org.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; professional accreditation preferred.
