Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Data-driven decision making in ambiguous environments.
• Mastery of adult learning theories, curriculum development, and instructional design models.
• Deep experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools.
• Typically 5–7+ years in L&D with 2–3 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Implement the learning framework using a template for content creation by Client SMEs.
• Roll out end-to-end process flow; publish and socialize templates with Client SMEs and Training Team.
• Ensure new content development is hosted in the LMS and maintain it as needed.
• Oversee content modification per the learning framework and ensure schedule adherence.
• Conduct weekly governance calls with trainers to monitor performance and issues.
• Lead regular team and leadership reviews.
