Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Global Facilitator to lead the facilitation and deployment of learning and development programs from the Stryker global curriculum. Based in the United States, you will engage and inspire others to help scale leadership development.

Candidates may work remotely with occasional on-site attendance to support business needs, and you will partner with People Development, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to tailor solutions and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 6+ years in training, employee development, L&D, or talent management in a team-based environment.
• Experience with leadership development tools, programs, and processes.
• Experience with program facilitation, both in-person and virtual.
• Experience coaching managers and leaders at all levels.
• Excellent level of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facilitation and deployment of learning and development programs from the Stryker global curriculum.
• Support aligned learning and development needs by delivering, implementing, promoting, and evaluating courses, programs and academies.
• Help support needs analysis with leaders to determine the right learning solutions.
• Partner with People Development & Design & Delivery Excellence teams to improve curriculum, online platform, and content.
• Consult with Talent Development Partners, HR Business Partners, and Business Leaders on delivery of development programs.
• Partner with Talent Development Partners and HR Business Partners to assess needs, source solutions, collect feedback, and evolve offerings.
• Provide meaningful metrics and data to demonstrate value and support ongoing enhancements.
