Job summary

ForMotion Clinic is seeking a Training Specialist to partner with Global Training Manager, leaders, HRBPs, and SMEs to shape development plans and scalable learning resources across the Americas. You will translate business needs into practical training approaches and help ensure adoption across clinics and distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Talent Development, L&D, or related roles.
• Proven success partnering with stakeholders to identify development needs and deliver practical learning solutions.
• Experience supporting global, regional, or distributed learning initiatives preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders, HRBPs, and SMEs to identify development needs and learning priorities across the Americas.
• Translate business needs into training approaches, including onboarding, technical and leadership development.
• Co-design learning solutions using structured instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Develop training plans with objectives, audience, modality, and measurement.
• Create and maintain facilitator guides, slide decks, practice activities, and job aids.
• Facilitate sessions virtually or in-person and provide delivery support for trainings.
• Build a network of SMEs and facilitators to support adoption and continuous improvement.
• Track training effectiveness metrics and iterate content based on feedback.
