Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 4+ years of designing, developing, and delivering eLearning content experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build interactive e-learning using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, contributing to scalable templates and standards.
• Author and maintain a global library of learning articles, videos, and structured paths for delivery partners in 9+ countries.
• Support video content production from scripting to storyboard and brand consistency across languages.
• Apply generative AI tools for content creation, translation, and quality review.
• Create visual assets and contribute to component libraries and brand systems across content types.
• Manage projects end-to-end: scope, milestones, dependencies, and on-time delivery.
• Support localization workflows and culturally adaptive design maintaining instructional integrity across languages.
• Design for a mobile-first, multilingual audience with accessibility built in.
• Analyze learner metrics and present data-driven recommendations linking learning to business results.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and regional teams to align learning with business priorities.
