In this role, you'll design and deliver interactive learning experiences that help delivery partners onboard faster, deliver safely, and succeed across 9+ countries. You'll be a hands‑on builder — authoring compelling content end-to-end from needs assessment through design, development, localization, and launch while partnering closely with business stakeholders. You'll contribute to the team's quality bar and help advance AI‑powered content workflows, immersive formats, and scalable design systems. Your work will directly impact the experience of delivery partners and Amazon customers worldwide.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of interactive learning assets, experience delivering content across multiple stakeholders, and thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments where they identify problems and ship high‑quality solutions.
Your morning might start reviewing learning inputs, outputs, and impact metrics data across countries to prioritize content decisions and investments. Mid‑morning, you're in Storyline building a scenario‑based module based on cross‑functional launch requirements. After lunch, you're in a strategy session with marketing, product, and operations partners scoping learning needs for a new use case, then wrapping up with creative review on a video storyboard headed to production.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
