Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a Field Learning and Development Specialist to design, deliver, and refine training for clinical and support teams across multiple markets. You will create engaging instructional content, facilitate virtual sessions, and ensure materials meet SME and legal standards.

Responsibilities include designing content across modalities, coordinating with field leaders, and tracking program progress while supporting project management and logistics for VILT sessions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in instructional design, learning and development (L&D), and training facilitation
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and principles
• Proficiency in developing, designing, and editing instructional materials
• Proficiency in Articulate RISE 360, Storyline, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training content using multiple modalities (video, simulation, in-person, live virtual, web-based)
• Design and deliver role-specific training aligned with organizational goals
• Maintain accuracy and consistency of training materials with SME/ELT/Legal approvals
• Facilitate virtual sessions such as DOT BAT, Urine Collection, OSHA compliance, QA protocols
• Monitor learner performance and communicate findings to trainers and HR
• Support project management tasks and update detailed project plans
• Track training records and coordinate logistics for virtual sessions
