Better Being Co. is seeking a Director of Training to drive global education strategies, align learning initiatives with business goals, and enhance employee performance across regions.

You will lead curriculum development, delivery, and measurement while partnering with HR, Talent Management, and leadership to prioritize training investments. The role requires managing a diverse team, staying current with best practices, and guiding training initiatives that foster continuous development across

Qualifications

• Develop and implement a global training and education strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee creation and continuous improvement of training curricula and resources.
• Manage delivery of training programs via in-person, e-learning, webinars and workshops.
• Establish KPIs to measure training effectiveness and impact on performance.
• Lead and mentor a global team of training professionals.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Management and leaders to align training with organizational goals.
• Stay current with trends and tools to enhance learning and outcomes.
• Manage the global training budget and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities
