Qualifications

• 4–10 years in consumer goods marketing.
• Executive experience in advertising/marketing preferred.
• Ability to teach, speak and train publicly to live audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global training strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee curriculum development and resources across regions.
• Lead delivery via in-person sessions, e-learning, webinars, and workshops.
• Establish KPIs to measure training impact on performance and business outcomes.
• Lead a global team of training professionals with coaching and support.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Management to align training with organizational goals.
• Stay current with trends and introduce new methods and tools to enhance learning.
• Manage the global training budget and vendor relationships.
