Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record designing and implementing learning programs that drive engagement and performance.
• Experience in corporate, large organizations with diverse workforce needs.
• Familiarity with digital learning solutions and innovative methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience leading a team of learning professionals.
• Change management and organizational development experience is a plus.
• Strategic mindset to align learning with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assess skill gaps and learning needs within tms.
• Identify training opportunities to improve performance.
• Develop and implement a global learning strategy aligned with goals.
• Design onboarding, leadership development, and technical skills programs.
• Create and maintain a curriculum for employees at all levels.
• Lead and coordinate training sessions with internal or external trainers.
• Evaluate and manage learning tech platforms to improve delivery.
• Measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Develop succession plans and high-potential development initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align needs with objectives.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and manage the learning and development budget.
