Morningstar in Chicago seeks a Director of Learning & Development to define how we build critical capabilities across a global workforce and to lead a portfolio of learning experiences that set the standard.

You will inherit an AI Academy, enterprise programs, and global infrastructure, strengthening what works, building what’s needed, and linking learning to business outcomes. This role reports to the Global Head of Talent Management and partners globally.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive experience in learning and development or related field.
• Experience delivering enterprise learning strategy in global organizations.
• Track record building or expanding academies or enterprise learning portfolios.
• Strong consulting and coaching judgment for needs diagnosis.

Responsabilidades

• Set the enterprise learning strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead the AI Academy and expand the portfolio for a technology-driven world.
• Advance AI-enabled learning across diagnosis, personalization, and operations.
• Consult, coach, and connect with leaders to diagnose needs and scale solutions.
• Build a high-impact, globally distributed L&D function with clear governance and metrics.
