Job summary

Binding Minds Inc. (Certified Disability Owned Business Enterprise) seeks a Learning & Development Coordinator to coordinate global programs, manage the LMS, and drive program effectiveness.

You will partner with Talent Development to deliver core programs, evaluate outcomes, and drive HR process improvements across teams, with strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and leverage technology to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global learning programs, workshops, and development events, including scheduling, enrollment, logistics, and participant communications.
• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate learning data, reporting, and program tracking.
• Partner with Talent Development leaders to deliver core learning and development programs and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and analytics.
• Manage training vendors, budgets, procurement coordination, and technical requirements.
• Provide project coordination for leadership, management, and other targeted development programs from planning through delivery.
• Maintain process documentation and identify opportunities to improve and automate HR and talent processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective program execution.
