Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, and measure training for Medidata, Certinia and related platforms. You will partner with IT, Clinical, Finance, and operations to tailor role-based learning, build curricula, and sustain capability across a global user base.

You will lead end-to-end training programs, support go-lives, and ensure compliance with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 where relevant. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering role-based systems training.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into learning experiences.
• Knowledge of validated systems training and compliance basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations.
• Own training approaches aligned to go-live timelines.
• Plan audiences, objectives and content readiness with stakeholders.
• Develop learning journeys, job aids, eLearning and workshops.
• Support global end-user training and adoption.
• Collaborate with LMS teams to publish and report assets.
