Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor, Commercial, to shape the learning strategy for our global commercial team. You will partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps, build scalable curricula, and drive revenue growth through effective training and change management.

The role builds the program from the ground up, delivering onboarding, role-based learning paths, and performance support across selling skills, pricing, and client communications.

Qualifications

• Experience designing training for client-facing professionals.
• Strong business acumen in CRO or pharma contexts.
• Ability to measure training impact and link outcomes to performance.
• Experience consulting with commercial groups to identify learning needs.
• Experience building a learning program from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning and enablement strategy for the commercial function.
• Build foundational learning framework and curricula.
• Design onboarding and ramp-up learning journeys.
• Develop role-based curricula covering selling skills and ROI.
• Coordinate change management and content onboarding.
• Collaborate with instructional design and LMS teams.
• Conduct needs analyses and measure ROI.
