Job summary

Vista, a world-leading global business aviation company, seeks a Leadership Development Business Partner to diagnose leadership capability gaps and design practical solutions with HRBPs and senior stakeholders. You will craft a global leadership framework and scale it across functions, overseeing flagship programs when feasible.

You will also build AI-enabled capabilities within Vista’s leadership population and deliver tangible tools, while collaborating with vendors to ensure effective content

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and leading multi-layer teams.
• Experience coaching senior leaders one-to-one.
• Hands-on experience building digital learning content (job aids or elearning).
• Ability to interpret people and performance data and build reporting or dashboards.
• Comfortable operating across cultures, geographies and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop a global leadership framework for Vista to take to ExCo for endorsement.
• Design, deliver and scale interventions to address leadership capability gaps.
• Partner with HRBPs to implement fit-for-context solutions.
• Build AI capability within Vista's leadership population for practical change.
• Own delivery of flagship leadership programmes and manage vendor relationships.
