Freshworks is seeking an experienced Global Talent Development Manager in San Mateo, CA. You will design, deliver, and manage leadership development programs that scale across regions, blending facilitation, curriculum design, and AI-enabled approaches.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvement, collaboration with global teams, and a hybrid in-office presence three days a week (Tue-Thu) in San Mateo. Strong stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in Talent Development, Learning & Development or related fields.
• Proven success designing and delivering leadership development programs.
• Strong facilitation skills for live and virtual environments.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into learning programs.
• Analytical skills to measure impact and translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work across global time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, high-impact learning experiences for leaders at all levels.
• Develop content and exercises using modern delivery methods and AI tools.
• Adapt programs to meet cultural and regional needs for a global audience.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual workshops and leadership sessions.
• Pilot and evaluate AI-driven assessments and adaptive learning paths.
• Measure program effectiveness and ROI and share insights with stakeholders.
