Job summary

Anthropic is hiring a Head of Delivery to drive regional data center projects from deal close to floor access. You will lead Senior Delivery Managers and partners, setting standards and delivering on milestones across the portfolio.

You will partner withtransaction, design engineering, facility operations, commissioning, deployment, and safety teams, and with developers, GCs, and owner's-representative firms on the ground.

Qualifications

• 15+ years delivering data center or other mission-critical construction.
• Experience as owner’s or GC senior leader on a project campus.
• Leadership across multi-project portfolios with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional delivery across a portfolio of active and upcoming data center projects.
• Hire, develop, and empower Senior Delivery Managers and partners.
• Own portfolio execution: schedule, quality, safety, and milestones.
• Set delivery standards and manage executive-level partner relationships.
• Identify blockers and step in on-site to drive outcomes.
