Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Data Center Supply Planning Lead to own the integrated forecast and portfolio alignment for our data center builds. You will tie accelerator/compute supply and capacity targets to the site pipeline and guide which opportunities to pursue.

This cross-functional role partners with deal, design, engineering, delivery, and demand planning teams to move sites to readiness, build scenario tools, and plan long-lead resources.

Qualifications

• Led supply/capacity planning for data centers or similar infrastructure.
• Architected planning processes with cadence and continuous improvement.
• Redesigned a delivery/deployment process at scale.
• Know data center buildout lifecycle from acquisition to deployment.
• Built planning models/tools with automation and AI-assisted development.
• Surface opportunities and risk across functions with influence

Responsibilities

• Build the integrated data center supply forecast and planning assumptions behind it: committed plus pipeline supply - by site, design, accelerator type, and tranche - against growth targets
• Support and evolve data center portfolio reviews ground our teams on current supply and downstream impacts
• Partner with technical program management, delivery, and demand planning to keep hall readiness, install plans, and chip supply in sync
• Build and run scenarios; develop solvers to close gaps
• Plan long-lead resources to create optionality and allocate strategically
• Shape process for new site delivery tracking and change management
• Help build delivery planning system-of-record with internal tooling
