Anthropic is seeking a Reporting and Controls Lead for the Data Center Capacity Delivery team. You will own consolidated milestone tracking across all active and upcoming delivery projects—early floor access, floor access, and ready-for-service—and ensure the schedule remains current with discrepancies fixed at the source.

This cross-functional role collaborates with Senior Delivery Managers, regional managers, third‑party partners, and planning, design and deployment teams to deliver robust

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years in project controls, scheduling, or program reporting on large capital programs.
• Experience with multi-project portfolio reporting and BI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own consolidated milestone tracking across all active and upcoming delivery projects—early floor access, floor access, ready for service—and keep it current.
• Validate schedule and status data from developers, GCs, and third-party partners; challenge discrepancies and fix at the source.
• Maintain portfolio capacity projections and the variance to plan behind them.
• Build and maintain reporting for delivery reviews and executive updates.
• Define data standards and integrated-schedule conventions for projects to report against.
• Automate reporting and data-quality checks where possible, including AI-assisted tools.
