SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company, seeks a Lead Compensation Analyst to own the day-to-day global compensation programs across Americas, EMEA and APAC. Reporting to the Sr.

Director, Total Rewards, you will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure benchmarking, data integrity, and scalable pay decisions. In this hands-on role, you will lead system governance, equity guidelines, and market pricing while leveraging AI/automation to cut manual work and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in compensation or people analytics.
• Experience administering compensation cycles and systems such as Pave or Oracle HCM.
• Deep knowledge of benchmarking, job leveling, salary structure design.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, BI and AI tools.
• Experience with global compensation programs across regions and transparency requirements.
• Strong communication and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end compensation cycles and workflows.
• Govern and improve compensation systems and tooling.
• Lead annual market benchmarking and pricing.
• Assist with stock plan administration for equity awards in Fidelity.
• Recommend updates to salary structures and equity guidelines.
• Partner with HR and managers on offers, promotions, transfers and off-cycle requests.
• Own global pay reporting and disclosure across geographies.
• Lead ad hoc analyses on incentives, equity, and cost modeling.
• Use AI and automation to improve processes.
• Provide compensation training and communications.
