SharkNinja, Needham-based leader in consumer products, seeks a Lead Compensation Analyst to own global compensation programs and the supporting systems. You will partner with HR, Payroll and Finance to ensure data-driven pay decisions and scalable processes across geographies.

The role emphasizes benchmarking, equity budgeting, and continuous improvement using AI tools, with a hands-on, high-ownership approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in compensation or people analytics; 7+ preferred.
• Hands-on with compensation cycles and systems like Pave or Oracle HCM.
• Strong benchmarking, job leveling, and market pricing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end administration of compensation cycles and workflows.
• Govern and improve compensation systems, survey reporting, benchmarking.
• Run annual market benchmarking, data validation, and pricing.
• Assist with stock plan administration for equity awards.
• Recommend updates to salary structures and equity guidelines.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance on offers and promotions.
• Own global pay reporting and disclosure requirements.
• Lead ad hoc analyses on incentive compensation and equity programs.
• Leverage AI/automation to improve data integrity.
